I'm really sorry, but i should tell you that it is allowed on this server, and even written in it's rules. Because pilot of heli has a right to choose shooter...so if u hear 'bail out' from pilot, u should leave the chopper immediatly. And if u don't...well then this technique which we can see on your screenshot, will happen oftenly with you.
