Hello VBios community.
I would first like to tell you why I am posting here. I would like to get administrator status on you're PR servers. The reason behind this is that I play from the US, California to be more precise. When I get on usualy around 12:00 PM at noon time it is already 10:00 PM in Ukraine. Most of the moderators and admins get off and there is almost no control of the server. I would like to be the night shit Admin for you're server.
You might have a question, why is a guy from the U.S. trying to be an admin/mod on you're server? Well I am not American. I was born in Svetlovodsk, Ukraine and Russian is my first language, Ukrainian is my second language and English is my third. I can also speak a little Spanish. So I will not have any problem talking to the players in Russian or Ukrainian at all. I have played PR for 2 years now and I have a good amount of exp. when it comes to playing the game and I will do my best too keep the server free from TK while the Admins from Ukraine are offline.

P.S. I dont have a Russian keyboard so I could not type this out in Russian and I didnt want to use the translator because it would take too much time and would make the writing illegible.
