суть жалобы и/или скриншот ошибки:I don't get it why Mr*xtc advocant1 and xxx.V.jansenss.xxx are banned....? If it was because of the glitch , i'm really sorry , i was showing him for singeplayer , i didn't knew how to show it on another way. We will never do this again , this was just a tutorial for my friend. Please tell me how i can unban myself but please let me play on vbios... we'll never do it again , and if we do it again you can temporary ban us , and ban us with EA.

Permanently banned for glitching. If you will try to play on our servers with other accounts we will ban your ISP.
You have been banned only on our servers, so you can play on another servers (not VBIOS).
PS sometimes we make amnesty, 1-2 times for a year, but in that case we will turn your stats to 0. If you want to play here again - come on forum in few months and we will discuss if it's possible.
