Hello, sorry for english i'm using translator i don't speak russian, i'm writing from Italy.
I have been banned while i was offline to server, may i ask the reason?
I respect rules as correct people do, i ask apologize if i do mistakes so if i made something wrong, i say sorry and i take the consequences of my actions.
I see KIEV_ALEXANDER made ban, probably he doesn't like me so he ready to punish every little thing, while 2-3 days ago he abused admin power and banned me with personal reason and no for rules breaking (Temp-banned some hours, he didn't write in ban-report) but now i don't want spend time telling all the story.

I have an idea, if is that absolutely not reasonable for a permaban, but before make conclusions i ask for some explanations.

I do not know why you created a squad named "NO ALEXANDR" and began to vote against me in the game. Although, i remember that i first began to vote against you, do not really remember why.
I never use my administrator rights for selfish purposes. In this round, you got banned because you shot with a sniper rifle twice in the tank (it's nothing) and ran under my tank and then i gave you the ban on round. You were clearly unhappy than that.

I start on actual ban.
I understand the 3.3.1 rule and reason now, about veichle and as i tought, i stealed ONE time XOXOJI turn..probably he doesn't say he stealed my turn before, also XOXOJI in the same game blocked the "Очередь" for 3 minutes, sleeping inside the Jet veichle at base, i see people suicide with helicopter on him instead admin kick.. i mean it's a game situation, but he cry and speaks russian and me not in my idea..
However despite my reasons i made wrong doing the same, many times facts are not justifiable by reasons, even if one time or stupid thing, it's breaking rules.
About you.
We were in Strike at karkand map as Americans, as the game started i had my standard squad (alpha,bravo,delta..) and i made incursion into fabric (arabic base), you joined my squad but while we reaching the objective someone killed me (i'm noobie at game with some flashes of genius  ).. you were alive so i left-enter in squad to give you lead and spawn into position, but at the end of story all dead.
After this, you started vote to expel me.. vote system is useless and a little thing, but it is not good to use, especially for a reason like that and by admin..so i made vote against you.
Then I have been expelled from my squad (theoretically it was still my squad even if you had leader), and then i saw you renamed it in something like "HE DOES xxx" (xxx= unknown word).. i believed you were referring to me, so you can explain this: Прикрепления: 1.jpg (4.28 KB) 4 Просмотр(ы)
At the end i was waiting a veichle in our base, i saw a tank passing and tried to get the turret spot, running into him jump+action button but failed. I honestly don't remember the shooting and i see moments later you were in the tank, so nothing personal.
Things don't come alone, now i'm not saying you're a bad person or the worst of the admins, i just think you have a little exaggerated that day so as human, in the actual ban i tought there was a bit of connection.
Well personally i take all this as a misunderstanding and i don't care much of it, i'm looking for fun and not troubles.. i apologize on the Очередь and if i have a bit exagerated on this post, but i think also i should start do some screenshots or learn some russian word to defend better myself.

I remember you left BTR on the island MEC and then i started to vote against you, you actually gave them our BTR)
Well, this is a misunderstanding, i see that you understand the rules. After change map, you can play. Unbaned, don't break.
