Just try again to backup/transfer your existing accounts with the BF2Hub Webclient:
www.BF2Hub.com/webclient

Afterwards you can retrieve your backed up account(s) from BF2Hub as follows:

1. Close Battlefield2 (if running)
2. Open your BF2hub Client and click "Enable BF2Hub Network"
3. Start Battlefield2
4. Click on "Manage Accounts"
5. Click on "Retrieve Account"
6. Enter your account details
7. Check the "Remember Password" checkbox
8. Click "Retrieve Account" button

We have to assume that the BF2Hub Network is disabled on your system.

This can be a result of the following:
- You did not correctly enable the BF2Hub Network
- You did not enable the BF2Hub Network at all
- You did not start your game with the default Battlefield 2 shortcut
- You replaced your original BF2.exe file with a modified BF2.exe file
- You are using and/or starting the game with a different Launcher from the internet

IMPORTANT:

If you have installed other BF2 Launchers on your system make sure that they do not interrupt your connection to the BF2Hub Network (or only keep the BF2Hub Client).

SOLUTION A:

1. Open your BF2Hub Client
2. Click on "Enable BF2Hub Network"
3. Start your BF2 game with the default shortcut
